1. What Payment Options Do You Offer?
We offer PayPal and Credit Card processing through PayPal. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card without registering an account.
2. Is my payment by credit card secure?
Yes. Your payment is being processed by PayPal SSL, which is one of the major CC processing companies in the world. We do not store your Credit Card information.
Shipping
1. How fast do you ship?
We usually ship out products the same or the next business day. In rare occurrences it might take 2-3 business days.
2. How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping is calculated automatically during the checkout. Shipping calculation is based on USPS or FedEx rates, product weight, and freight option you choose (priority, overnight, next day, etc…).
Returns
1. Can I return the item?
Yes, we do accept returns. You need to read our return policy and if your product is eligible for return you will simply need to fill out the RMA form on our website and ship your product back to us making sure you obtain the tracking number from your carrier. The RMA form.
2. When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect the item. You should provide us a copy of your shipping tracking number obtained from your shipping carrier.
3. How my refund will be issued to me?
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used when placed the order.
