Custom Leathercraft 16-Pocket Electrical and Maintenance Tool Accessories Holder

I counted only big pockets, but there is a whole bunch of small pockets for screwdrivers, pens, pencils, etc…

The item is about 22″ tall.
about 15.5″ wide on the top part
about 18″ wide on the bottom part
the bottom part is split about 9″ depth both sides towards top part, little over where the pockets top side end.

I’m not sure how that is being worn or how it is being used, I’m giving you all details possible.
